Providing the right mix of features for our game software products at the right time is of critical importance for commercial success. Having a large portfolio of clients around the world with their dynamically changing needs for new or updated features makes this process extremely complex. The product release decisions can no longer be done in an ad hoc manner just being based on gut feeling or a simple spreadsheet.

We have started an imitative to qualify exactly this process using ReleasePlanner®. A rigorous process was established where all the voices of the customers were brought together and were evaluated against the resources available. This has helped us to better understand our customer needs and to develop optimized product strategies in which our human resources are assigned more efficiently. The easy to use tool has been a facilitator and catalyst in this process.
